Rates for 2009 are as follows

Low Season (December, January, & February excluding Christmas, New Year or Half Term) - £495

Mid Season (March, April, May, June, October, & November Excluding Half Term) - £595

High Season (July to September, Easter, Christmas, New Year & Half Term Holidays - £695

The above price is the total per week for the villa for up to 8 people and includes 12% Florida Sales Tax.

Pool heating is optional at £90 per week.
